Robin began her career as a comic and sitcom writer, working with Al Franken, Joan Cusack and Dan Aykroyd, and was head writer (and on-air sidekick!) for a teen girl game show. She’s published 13 children’s books with Scholastic and Chronicle Books, co-authored the novel, Shaking Her Assets as well as the nonfiction legal guide book, So Sue Me, Jackass!: Avoiding Legal Pitfalls That Can Come Back To Bite You at Work, at Home and at Play. Robin has freelanced for the New York Times, Marie Claire, Glamour as well as other publications. A contributor to This American Life on NPR, she’s also currently writing video games for various developers and books for TV shows on the Disney Channel. Her award winning YA novel, God is in the Pancakes, was published by Dial, and her forthcoming YA thriller, H.E.A.R., will be published by Soho Teen in Fall, 2015.
