Biography
Robin began her career as a comic and sitcom writer, working with Al Franken, Joan Cusack and Dan Aykroyd, and was head writer (and on-air sidekick!) for a teen girl game show. She’s published 13 children’s books with Scholastic and Chronicle Books, co-authored the novel,
Shaking Her Assets, and has freelanced for the New York Times, Marie Claire (as well as other publications). A contributor to This American Life on NPR, she’s also currently writing video games for various developers. Her nonfiction guide book, So
Sue Me, Jackass!, will be published by Plume in Sept ’09, and her YA novel,
God is in the Pancakes, will be released by Dial in Spring ‘10.
